🎨 Grey Blending FAQ

What is Grey Blending?

Grey Blending is a technique that embraces and blends gray hair naturally and beautifully. We strategically cover about 70% of grey to create soft, natural-looking dimension that fades gracefully over time.

What’s the difference between Zero-Gravity and Root Touch-Up?

Zero-Gravity: A scalp-free color application designed for sensitive scalps. The color is applied without touching the scalp and softens naturally over time.

Root Touch-Up: A more traditional application for maintaining regrowth coverage with a clean, even finish.

How long does Grey Blending last?

Results vary depending on your hair condition, scalp condition, and color history. In general, the tone softens naturally over several weeks. We usually recommend maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks.

Do you guarantee color results?

Because every client’s hair responds differently, we cannot guarantee identical color results or how long the result will last. Hair history, texture, and scalp condition all affect the outcome.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still get colour?

Yes. Our Zero-Gravity technique is designed for sensitive scalps because the color is applied without touching the scalp. If you have allergies or strong sensitivities, we recommend a patch test before your appointment.

What should I tell you before my Grey Blending appointment?

Please let us know in advance if you:

  • Have sensitive skin or allergies
  • Are pregnant
  • Have scalp or skin conditions
  • Have had previous hair treatments, especially henna
  • Have any health concerns

What is Head Spa?

Head Spa is a deeply relaxing treatment that focuses on scalp care, comfort, and overall wellbeing. It is designed to help you feel calm, refreshed, and restored.

Is Head Spa a massage?

Not exactly. Head Spa is more about relaxation and gentle scalp care than deep-pressure massage. The experience is soothing rather than intense.

What should I expect during my first Head Spa?

If it is your first scalp treatment, you may notice:

  • A temporary feeling of scalp sensitivity
  • Mild discomfort at the beginning
  • Deep relaxation during the service

Everyone responds differently, but most clients find the experience very calming.

Will I lose hair during Head Spa?

You may notice some natural shedding during or after treatment. This is usually part of the normal hair cycle and may become more visible when the scalp is thoroughly cleansed.

Can I get Head Spa if I’m pregnant?

Yes, but please let us know in advance so we can adjust the treatment if needed for your comfort and safety.

How far in advance should I book?

Monday to Friday: 1 to 2 weeks in advance is recommended.
Saturday and Sunday: 2 to 3 weeks in advance is recommended.

What happens when I book?

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the salon’s policies, including treatment information, cancellation policy, refund policy, late arrival policy, and complaint handling policy.

⏰ Cancellation & Late Arrival

What is your cancellation policy?

Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% to 100% of the service fee.

No refunds will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.

What if I’m running late?

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened so that we can still finish at the scheduled time.

No refunds or discounts will be offered for shortened treatments caused by late arrival.

Please contact us by email as soon as possible if you are running late.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, as long as the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.

No refunds will be given for:

  • No-shows
  • Late cancellations within 24 hours
  • Shortened treatments due to late arrival

What if I’m not satisfied with my service?

Feedback or concerns must be reported on the day of treatment or within 24 hours after the appointment.

Refunds or re-treatments are at the salon’s discretion and are not guaranteed in every case.
